The Kentucky School Counselor Association (KSCA) is a dedicated nonprofit championing the vital work of Kentucky’s school counselors. Guided by an elected board, supported by appointed leaders, and strengthened by community liaisons, we unite voices across the Commonwealth to advance student success.

We equip school counselors with professional development, resources, and advocacy. Together, we empower counselors to drive meaningful, systemic change by delivering comprehensive ASCA National Model programs aligned with Kentucky’s standards for academic, social-emotional, and career development.
